About The Role
Teaching Assistant - Swinderby, near Lincoln
Salary: £19,303.31–£22,185, depending on experience and qualifications.
We are recruiting for Teaching Assistants to join our Education Team at our SEN Kisimul School Lincolnshire, in the village of Swinderby near Lincoln LN6. This role is working from 09:15am - 16:00pm Monday to Friday, with 13 weeks annual leave (65 days).

Role Overview
To provide support, learning and education in a therapeutically informed way to learners in school facilitating a positive lived experience enabling learners to become the very best version of themselves.
- Supporting children with Special Educational Needs with their learning activities and helping with their social and emotional development
- Helping with the care and support of the children
- Contributing to the health and well-being of the children
About You
What experience or qualifications do you need?
Role
Ideally you will have a Teaching Assistant qualification or experience in working in a similar role, but more importantly you will have:
- A passion for supporting children
- Motivation by seeing the progression and development of others
- High expectations of our children, your colleagues and yourself
- A willingness to ‘go the extra mile’
- A sense of humour
- The ability to remain calm in testing situations and able to come back the next day and do it all again with a smile.
