If you are tired of waking up for 7:00 AM weekend shifts, working late nights, or missing bank holidays, it's time to pivot your career.
We are seeking dedicated Care and Support professionals to transition into our specialised adult day service in Cranleigh, near Guildford, as Learning Support Workers.
This role allows you to utilise your existing clinical and care skills in a focused, structured, and professional environment: without sacrificing your personal life.

- Predictable, Sociable Hours: Strictly Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No weekends, no sleep:ins, and no evening shifts. Part:time options are also open for discussion.

Your Profile
- Proven experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, or Healthcare Assistant (HCA).
- Confident and competent in handling complex needs, implementing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), and managing personal care with the utmost dignity.
- Strong communication skills, a collaborative team mindset, and a commitment to meticulous record:keeping and safeguarding (Enhanced DBS required).
