About the Role

A highly respected specialist primary school in Harrow is seeking a dedicated and motivated Teaching Assistant to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about education and helping pupils achieve their full potential within a specialist learning environment.

As a Teaching Assistant in Harrow, you will:

  • Work with pupils on a one-to-one and small-group basis.
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and personalised learning activities.
  • Promote communication, confidence and social development.
  • Provide personal care where required.
  • Help create a safe, positive and stimulating learning environment.
  • Work alongside teachers, therapists and other professionals.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and celebrate pupil achievements.

About You

To be successful as a Teaching Assistant in Harrow, you will have:
