Acadamy: Outwood Academy Acklam Start Date: 01/09/2026 Salary: £15,429 – £15,673 Working Pattern: 26 Hours Per Week, Term Time Only + 5 Days

Are you passionate about removing learning barriers and enabling every student to reach their potential? Join Outwood Academy Acklam as a Teaching Assistant, working closely with teachers to:

  • Implement tailored learning activities
  • Provide essential academic and welfare support to individuals and small groups
  • Support classroom management
  • Manage intervention programs, including for SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and EAL (English as an Additional Language) students
  • Help develop and execute individualised student support plans
