About This Role
Hours of work: 33 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday to Friday
Term weeks: 38 + 1 weeks school closure, minimum paid week 44.600

What You’ll Do
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support, including for students with additional needs.
- Help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued.
- Work closely with staff, parents, and the wider school community to support student progress

What We’re Looking For
- A passion for supporting young people to achieve their best.
- Experience working with children or young people (school experience is an advantage).
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- A relevant Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent demonstrable experience)
