About The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll support secondary-aged students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them to achieve both academically and socially.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Supporting students in class and during practical activities
- Encouraging communication, independence, and confidence
- Implementing positive behavior strategies
- Building trusting relationships with young people
- Working closely with teachers and therapists
- Supporting students with emotional regulation where needed
- Assisting with personal care if required for individual students

We're Looking For People Who Are
- Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants
