The Paradigm Trust is looking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Teaching Assistant into the team at Piper’s Vale Primary Academy from September 2026. Please note that this position is also being advertised as an apprenticeship.

What you will offer
We are looking for individuals with the dedication to promoting effective and inclusive education for all pupils and an understanding and ability to establish clear boundaries in relation to pupils' behaviour. You will demonstrate a commitment to collaborative working and have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
A flexible, patient and hardworking approach to work will be required with the ability to work as part of a team.
