Teaching Assistant : Hounslow
Location: Hounslow, West London

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant in Hounslow, You Will
- Support pupils across the school, including children who require additional support within a mainstream classroom.
- Provide one-to-one and small group interventions to help pupils achieve their potential.
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation.
- Encourage pupils to stay engaged, motivated and confident throughout the school day.
- Work closely with class teachers, the SENCO and the wider inclusion team.
- Help create a positive, nurturing and inclusive learning environment across the Hounslow school.

The Ideal Candidate
The successful Teaching Assistant will have
- Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare or similar setting (desirable but not essential).
- Experience supporting children with additional needs is welcomed but not essential.
- A calm, patient and positive approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive attitude and genuine passion for supporting children.
- Graduates looking to gain classroom experience before teacher training are encouraged.
