We are looking for a versatile, well-organised and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our SEN Team until August 2027.
This post is for 2 days (13 hours) per week, 39 weeks per year. Actual salary £7,766.
The Successful Candidate Will Be Working With Students Across All Year Groups, Providing Both In-class Support And Delivering Interventions To Small Groups. We Are Looking For Staff Who:
- Are enthusiastic about working with a range of pupils with differing needs and abilities
- Show initiative and a keenness to be involved in all aspects of school life
- Take a flexible and proactive approach to working
- Have a proven track record of good working relationships and professionalism
- Feel confident working both 1:1 and with small groups of students.

The school day is 8.30am-3.30pm.
The successful applicant will have high expectations, a commitment to excellence and be passionate about meeting the needs of every child. They will be able to offer support across the curriculum and demonstrate that they can engage well with young people and build positive relationships.
Preferred
Previous experience of working with young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities is preferred but is not essential as a range of training packages are available. We would particularly welcome applications from applicants with primary experience and also those considering:

The candidates will be joining an existing team of experienced and very supportive Teaching Assistants.
