Teaching Assistant (Fixed Term until 20/07/2027)
Pay & Hours
- Grade: Dorset Grade 5, Point 5-6 (FTE: £25,583 – £25,989)
- Pro Rata Pay: £18,188 – £18,477 (Hourly rate: £13.26 – £13.47)
- Schedule: 31.25 hours/week (Mon–Fri, 8:30am – 3:15pm, including 30 mins lunch duty)
- Duration: Term time only, 38 weeks/year
About the Role
Radipole Primary School is seeking a teaching assistant for a fixed-term role (until July 2027), working primarily within Key Stage 2 (KS2). The successful candidate will contribute to children’s development in emotional wellbeing, speech/language, and social skills, with opportunities for 1:1 support.
