Location: Carmarthen Start date: ASAP We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Learning Support Assistant to work at one of our partner schools in Carmarthen, supporting pupils who display challenging behaviour and require additional emotional and behavioural support to engage positively with learning. This is a rewarding role for someone who is calm under pressure, consistent in their approach, and committed to helping pupils develop self-regulation, confidence and positive relationships.
