Teaching Assistant (Level 3)
Required September 2026
- Hours per week: 27.50
- Contract: Term Time + 1 Week (PD Days)
- Pay Scale: 3 (£13.26 – £13.47 per hour) dependent on experience and length of service
- Annual Salary: £16,282 - £16,539
We are looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our professional team in providing a supportive environment for pupils who have special needs in accessing the curriculum and to assist in the development and implementation of Educational Health Care Plans.
You will be working under the instruction/guidance of the SENDCo, Assistant SENDCo, and the HLTA’s to undertake work/care/support programmes, to enable access to learning for all pupils, whatever their level of learning disability. This sometimes can involve personal care.
Ideally, we are looking for those who have experience in working with children with specific needs, but this is desirable and not essential.
