Role: Teaching Assistant
Outwood Academy Kirkby
Start Date: 01/09/2026
Salary: £11,126 per annum (Grade 3) Working Pattern: 18 hours per week, day-to-day (Term Time only + 5 additional days)
About the Role
Are you passionate about removing learning barriers and enabling every student to reach their full potential? Join us as a Teaching Assistant (TA), working alongside teachers to:
- Implement tailored learning activities
- Provide academic and welfare support to individuals and small groups
- Offer classroom assistance, intervention support (including for SEND and EAL students)
- Help develop personalised student support plans
