Teaching Assistant

Role: Teaching Assistant

Outwood Academy Kirkby

Start Date: 01/09/2026

Salary: £11,126 per annum (Grade 3) Working Pattern: 18 hours per week, day-to-day (Term Time only + 5 additional days)


About the Role

Are you passionate about removing learning barriers and enabling every student to reach their full potential? Join us as a Teaching Assistant (TA), working alongside teachers to:

  • Implement tailored learning activities
  • Provide academic and welfare support to individuals and small groups
  • Offer classroom assistance, intervention support (including for SEND and EAL students)
  • Help develop personalised student support plans
