Estimated number of Teaching Assistant (TA) positions available: 1
Total hours of work: 90 hours.
Hourly rate: $37.34/hr. (will become $38.46/hr as of August 2026)
Effective dates of TA position:
- Start: August 17, 2026
- End: December 18, 2026
Responsibilities
- Marking and grading.
- Preparing course materials.
- Assisting students’ learning.
- Leading discussions.
- Project supervision.
- Providing feedback to students on presentations and/or coursework.
- Attending classes (Tuesdays, 11:35 am-02:25 pm).

Qualifications Required
- Must be a graduate (master’s or PhD) student enrolled in a graduate program at McGill University for the Fall 2026 term.
- Familiarity with course content.
- Must be available to attend classes (Tuesdays, 11:35 am-02:25 pm).
- English, spoken and written.
- French, spoken and written, is an asset.
