About This Role
The successful candidate will:
Support high-quality teaching and learning across different key stages Work with individuals and small groups, including pupils with SEND and additional needs Help create a positive, inclusive environment where all children feel safe, supported and valued Adapt activities and resources to support pupils’ engagement and progress Promote positive behaviour and attitudes to learning Support Early Years provision where required, including play-based learning Work closely with teachers, leaders and families to support pupils’ progress and wellbeing Contribute to the wider life of the school and our strong team ethos

A committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with a recognised TA qualification Passionate about inclusion and supporting all children to succeed Able to build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues Adaptable and confident working across different age groups and needs Patient, nurturing and able to support pupils’ emotional and social development Committed to raising aspirations, particularly for pupils facing disadvantage Supportive of the Christian ethos and values of our school
