Key Responsibilities
As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will:
- Support classrooms in raising learning and standards, collaborating closely with class teachers
- Guide pupils in independence, self-esteem and social inclusion
- Assist with individual or group tuition to ensure all students engage meaningfully with the curriculum and experience achievement
- Help bridge gaps in learning to maximise pupil progress

Person Specification
We are seeking a passionate, empathetic and adaptable Teaching Assistant who thrives on making a real difference to pupils’ lives. Key attributes include:

Safeguarding & Compliance
The St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi-Academy Trust takes safeguarding extremely seriously. Mandatory for this role:
- Satisfactory references (requested prior to interview)
- Enhanced DBS check completed prior to starting
- Medical check if required
- Verification of teaching qualifications (if applicable) or relevant experience
- Proof of right to work in the UK
