About the Trust
Mercia Primary Academy Trust consists of three Academies; Lark Hall Infant & Nursery, Flax Hill Junior Academy, and Lakeside Primary.
About the Role
The Governing Body is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, talented, and dedicated teaching assistant to support pupils in reaching their full potential and to provide valuable assistance to teachers across the school. This role will involve working closely with children, some with additional needs. It will also include lunchtime supervision along with set up/put away.
You will be joining a supportive and talented team of educators who are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences for every child. While the post is initially based at Flax Hill Junior Academy and Lark Hall Infant & Nursery Academy, the successful candidate may be required to work across any of the academies within the Trust.

- Support the delivery of engaging and effective learning experiences for pupils

- Be physically able to set up and put away tables and chairs
