Teaching Assistant Position – SEN School (Kingston upon Thames)

About the Role

Are you looking for a rewarding career as a Teaching Assistant in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school located in Kingston upon Thames? Reeson Education is currently seeking a Teaching Assistant looking to start their career in education or gain valuable experience to enrich the lives of children with additional needs.

This role requires no prior experience, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in an inclusive school environment.
  • Provide one-on-one assistance to help students progress academically and personally.
  • Collaborate with educators to create and implement effective learning strategies.
  • Work within a therapeutic and caring environment, adapting to the diverse needs of students.
  • Contribute to inclusive lessons and reinforce key objectives in collaboration with teachers.
  • Access ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
