Teaching Assistant – Level 2 (Behaviour Support)
Band F, scp 7-10 (F:7 £26,403 to F:10 £28,142 full-time salary)
Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks of the year (term-time only, plus teacher training days)
Contract: Fixed Term for one year (in the first instance) from 1 September 2026 to 31 July 2027
Salary: Actual starting F:7 £22,608 per annum after pro rata
About the Role
We require a Teaching Assistant - Level 2 (Behaviour Support) to teach and support students in the school’s Focus Unit, who have been removed from the main school environment for short periods of time.
Key Requirements
- Energetic, organised, and proactive colleague
- Good level of literacy and numeracy skills
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to work with pupils who have specific behavioural needs
- Previous experience is preferred, but not essential
