Teaching Assistant

Teaching Assistant – Key Stage (Kingston upon Thames)

Reeson Education are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming SEN school in Kingston upon Thames.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Teaching Assistant who wants to support children with complex needs in a structured and supportive environment. The school in Kingston upon Thames is known for its excellent staff team and child-centred approach, making it a brilliant place for a Teaching Assistant to grow and develop.

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be helping pupils access learning, build social skills, and feel confident within the classroom. This is a full-time role where your presence and consistency will make a real difference every day.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support
  • Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom routines
  • Encourage pupils’ emotional, social, and academic development
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and therapists
  • Help promote independence and positive behaviour
