Primary Schools

Flexible Working

Full-Time or Part-Time

Bristol

I am currently seeking Teaching Assistants who are looking for flexible work or a long-term position.

About the Role

Here at Long-Term Teachers, we work with a number of Primary schools in the Bristol area who are seeking Teaching Assistants to support children who need additional support.

These schools continue to look for flexible Teaching Assistants who have previous experience working with children, someone who can be adaptable and work closely with the Class Teachers to support the children’s learning.

The Primary Schools we work with have great opportunities for you to grow as a professional and gain experience working with children in whole class, group work and individual environments.

The Role

There are multiple roles available from supply day to day and long-term positions, you will have the chance to decide to work on a full-time or part-time basis.

You will get a chance to experience working throughout EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classrooms, working with children in a small group setting or on a 1 to 1 basis with SEND children.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
