Teaching Assistant (EYFS Specialist) – Full-Time Role Location: Acton, Ealing Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-time Salary: £108–£120 per day

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to plan and deliver EYFS lessons, ensuring inclusive, engaging learning experiences.
  • Develop and lead small-group Phonics interventions to accelerate literacy confidence.
  • Implement and monitor targeted EYFS support groups for both academic and social skills.
  • Record and analyse pupil progress, keeping the class teacher informed in a timely manner.
  • Cultivate a positive, stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity and independence.
  • Forge strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support holistic child development.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role within primary education.
  • Potential : Deep knowledge and confidence in Phonics teaching models.
  • Previous experience in supporting EYFS children, including key stage progression needs.
  • Current Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service.
  • Right to live and work in the UK.
