Teaching Assistant (EYFS Specialist) – Full-Time Role Location: Acton, Ealing Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-time Salary: £108–£120 per day

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to plan and deliver EYFS lessons, ensuring inclusive, engaging learning experiences.
- Develop and lead small-group Phonics interventions to accelerate literacy confidence.
- Implement and monitor targeted EYFS support groups for both academic and social skills.
- Record and analyse pupil progress, keeping the class teacher informed in a timely manner.
- Cultivate a positive, stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity and independence.
- Forge strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support holistic child development.
Essential Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role within primary education.
- Potential : Deep knowledge and confidence in Phonics teaching models.
- Previous experience in supporting EYFS children, including key stage progression needs.
- Current Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service.
- Right to live and work in the UK.
