Teaching Assistant – Primary School (Full-Time, Fixed Term)
Location: London
Pay: £500 – £560 per week (dependent on experience) Contract: Full-time, Fixed Term Start Date: September Interviews: Immediate slots available

- Supporting pupil progress and personal development across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, in all year groups
- Assisting class teachers in delivering engaging, well-structured lessons
- Providing targeted 1:1 and small group support to students
- Confidently covering entire classes to ensure continuity of learning when needed
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom climate
This role suits an aspiring educator—e.g., a graduate—who is flexible, proactive, and confident working with diverse age groups.
Requirements
Essential:
- Degree in Early Childhood, Education Studies, Maths, English, or a related field
- Strong academic background, including A–C (or equivalent) in GCSE Maths and English
Experience may be a deciding factor:
- Previous experience in school-based roles (Preferred)
- Ability to support both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- Experience managing and leading whole-class sessions

Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will participate in a Year 6 SATs-style assessment to evaluate skills in literacy and numeracy.
