State-of-the-Art primary school, Wolverhampton
1:1, small group and general classroom support

The Role

Support pupils across the school through a mixture of 1:1 help, small-group intervention, and general classroom assistance. You will reinforce learning in core subjects, help children stay focused, prepare simple resources, and work closely with teachers to support day-to-day progress.

The Candidate

You are adaptable, positive, and able to communicate clearly with pupils and staff. You enjoy being part of the classroom, supporting children with different needs, and helping lessons run smoothly from start to finish. This role suits someone who wants practical primary experience and is interested in building a future in education.

Requirements

  • Degree – A 2:2 or above in a creative subject.
  • Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
  • Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
  • Desire to work in education/with children – Genuine interest in supporting pupil progress and wellbeing.
  • Career Goals – A desire to train as a teacher and build a long-term career in education.
