A large SEN School in Havering is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant for a long-term to permanent post.

The Successful Applicant Will Have
- A background in Schools SEN support, Community and Care, or Youth Worker.
- Flexibility and the ability to work with a range of special needs.
- Ability to work 1:1 with students, building rapport and feeding back to teachers.
- Good knowledge of Safeguarding in Schools.
- Enthusiasm, motivation, good communication skills, and being a team player.
- PECS/Makaton/Signalong/Team Teach or any SEN specific training is desirable but not essential.
