Your Life Experience is the Best Qualification You Have.

Have you spent years caring for others, or are you looking for a way to give back to your local community in Cranleigh? We are looking for Teaching Assistants to join a leading Specialist Trust where your maturity, patience, and kindness are exactly what our students need.

We support children and young people with complex learning needs and autism. For them, a consistent, calm presence is everything. This isn’t just about academics; it’s about providing the steady hand and encouraging word that helps a young person feel safe enough to learn.

Why Your Skills Matter

In this role, your soft skills are your greatest strengths. You will be a vital part of a supportive team, helping students navigate their day with dignity.

  • Patience and Understanding: You understand that progress takes time and that every small win is worth celebrating.
  • Life Skills Mentoring: Use your practical knowledge to help students develop the skills they need for daily life, from communication to social interaction.
  • Building Connections: You’ll work 1:on:1, forming meaningful bonds with students who benefit from your focused attention and empathy.
  • Collaborative Care: You’ll work alongside a friendly, professional team of teachers and therapists in a campus environment that feels like a community.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
