Role And Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with diverse special educational needs, including those with challenging behaviours.
- Assist with engaging classroom activities, maintaining a positive and safe learning atmosphere.
- Offer personal care, including feeding, toileting, and hygiene support, when necessary.
- Implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) under the guidance of classroom teachers.
- Cultivate a nurturing environment to boost student engagement and participation.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver holistic education and care.

What They’re Looking For:
- Experience with children with special educational needs is a plus, but not essential.
- Ability to handle and positively respond to challenging behaviour.
- Willingness to provide personal care as required.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation due to the school's location and off-site activities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children with SEN.
