About the Role

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Set high expectations for every pupil and demonstrate a strong commitment to helping them reach their full potential
- Utilise creativity and flexibility to engage pupils through purposeful resources and inclusive strategies, ensuring all learners thrive
- Be reflective and proactive, identifying and removing barriers to learning whilst tailoring support to individual needs
- Foster collaborative working, contributing positively as part of a cohesive and supportive team

Essential Requirements
- Commitment to safeguarding children and young people, with adherence to fundamental British values
- Enhanced DBS clearance and satisfactory references required to progress (post is subject to legal screening)
- Speaks fluent standard English (essential under immigration regulations)
- Experience in supporting children with diverse learning needs
