Picknalls First School (Innovate2Educate Partnership Ltd) Teaching Assistant (Nursery) Vacancy
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic, and caring Nursery Lead to join our Nursery team. The Nursery lead will work alongside the Early Years Manager to effectively lead, inspire, and engage the team to deliver exceptional care and education whilst ensuring all regulations and guidance set out by Ofsted are followed.
The Nursery lead has a key role in contributing to the overall responsibility for the day-to-day oversight of safeguarding, health and safety practices, and child protection in the setting, and always maintaining accurate and up-to-date systems and records.
This is a term-time only position, plus INSET days. This post is initially for one year but subject to review.
About The Role
As the Nursery Lead, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning by:
- Delivering engaging and effective learning experiences
- Supporting pupils individually, and in small groups, to help them achieve their full potential
- Encouraging pupils’ social, emotional, and educational development
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Contributing to the wellbeing and safeguarding of all pupils
