Internal Job Title: Teaching & Learning Assistant with Book Culture Support
Strategic Direction and Development
- Provide one to one, small group and/or in class support for identified students with additional needs including those with a statement of special educational needs (or an Education, Health and Care Plan).
- Provide support to the Book Culture Lead to secure a vibrant book culture throughout the school to stimulate students’ curiosity about books and engender a love of reading.

You will have:
- A NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent.
- Experience in an administrative/ reception role.
- Experience of working within an educational environment.
- The ability to maintain positive relationships with students and other adults.
- The ability to prioritise, work quickly and accurately, particularly under pressure and to deadlines.
