About The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support children with a range of complex needs, including:

  • Autism (ASD)
  • Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
  • Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)

You will help pupils develop confidence, independence, and essential skills through personalized support and engaging activities.

The Role Will Involve

  • Supporting learning and communication
  • Building strong relationships with pupils
  • Supporting positive behaviour strategies
  • Helping children access enrichment opportunities
  • Working as part of a supportive SEN team
  • Assisting with personal care where required

Who We Are Looking For
