About The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support children with a range of complex needs, including:
- Autism (ASD)
- Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
- Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
You will help pupils develop confidence, independence, and essential skills through personalized support and engaging activities.
The Role Will Involve
- Supporting learning and communication
- Building strong relationships with pupils
- Supporting positive behaviour strategies
- Helping children access enrichment opportunities
- Working as part of a supportive SEN team
- Assisting with personal care where required
