Role: Teaching Assistant

Location: M13, Manchester

Duration: Full-time, Long-term (Monday to Friday)

Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm

Pay: GBP 14.25 - GBP 16.65 per hour

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated and nurturing SEN primary provision in the M13 area of Manchester. This full-time, long-term position is ideal for a Teaching Assistant who is experienced, resilient, and passionate about supporting pupils with complex additional needs.

The successful Teaching Assistant will work across Key Stages within a specialist provision, providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with significant social, emotional, and behavioural needs, as well as other complex learning difficulties. The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who can bring consistency, calmness, and a positive attitude to the classroom.

Please note: Official restraint training such as Team Teach or an equivalent is essential for this role.

Teaching Assistant: Key Information:

  • Full-time, long-term position
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm
  • Based in M13, Manchester
  • Supporting pupils in an SEN primary setting with complex needs
  • Pay rate: GBP 14.25 to GBP 16.65 per hour (PAYE or Umbrella)
  • Immediate start available
  • Restraint training such as Team Teach required: WE CAN SUPPORT WITH THIS, JUST SPEAK TO US
