Role and Responsibilities
As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide valuable support to the class teacher and students, helping to create a positive learning environment. Your specific responsibilities will vary based on the needs of the students and the classroom, but will include assisting with various educational activities.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience: Experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar role supporting children's learning is preferred.
- Qualifications: A relevant qualification in education or childcare is desirable, but not essential. Experience working with children is key.
- Skills: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be patient, understanding, and have a genuine passion for working with young people. Experience working with students with diverse learning needs would be advantageous.
