A welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Loughton, Essex is seeking a committed Year 1 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils during a crucial stage of their education within a friendly and supportive school community.
The Role
Teaching Assistant supporting a Year 1 class
- Full-time role
- Working closely with the class teacher to support learning and pupil progress
- Providing individual and small group interventions where needed
- Building positive relationships with pupils to encourage confidence and independence
- Long-term opportunity with an immediate or agreed start

- Large primary academy in Loughton, Essex
- Welcoming school with approximately 60 pupils in each year group
- Part of the Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust
