About This Role

Hours of work: 32.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,989 FTE (Actual Annual Salary: £19,525)
Term weeks: 38 + 1 weeks school closure, minimum paid week 44.600

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping students succeed both in and out of the classroom. You’ll work closely with teachers to provide tailored support, encourage positive learning experiences, and make a real difference in the lives of our pupils.

What We’re Looking For

  • A commitment to helping every child reach their potential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential – we’ll provide full training.
