Are you a Life Changer? Do you want to transform the life of a child?

Compass Community prioritises children through its therapeutic, innovative approach. Our values are rooted in integrity, courage and care, ensuring meaningful impact. We listen empathetically, challenge thoughtfully, and collectively build solutions for children in need.

This is our mission—but we’d love for you to be part of it.

Who We Are

Our children come from diverse backgrounds, each with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs (examples: Autism, ADHD, communication difficulties). Many also have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

We’re a trauma- and attachment-informed organisation. All staff receive extensive therapeutic training and support, with a collaborative decision-making model centring the child at every level. Our multidisciplinary teams—educators, therapists, parents, and local authorities—work together to drive outstanding outcomes for our students.

The Role: Teaching Assistant

Every day is unique in our school. Our children need specialised, adaptive adults who can support them in managing complex behaviours.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
