Teaching Partner: KS1 Primary School Elephant and Castle

GBP95 - GBP110 per day

Full-time September 2026 start

Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

A vibrant primary school in Elephant and Castle is looking for a Teaching Partner to join their Key Stage 1 team from September 2026.

This role is ideal for a graduate with experience working with children who is considering a future career in teaching. You will gain valuable classroom experience while supporting pupils learning and development across the school day.

The Role

As a Teaching Partner, you will take on a range of Teaching Assistant responsibilities, including:

  • Supporting learning in KS1 classrooms
  • Working with small groups and individual pupils
  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
  • Helping to maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Supporting pupils social and emotional development
  • Contributing to behaviour management and pupil engagement
