Tealium AudienceStream CDP Engineer
London / Mostly Remote, monthly travel to the Netherlands expensed
£430 Day Rate | 28 hours per week (part-time) | 5-month contract
This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation on a specialist Customer Data Platform project, helping to optimise and enhance their Tealium AudienceStream environment. You'll play a key role in improving audience segmentation, data activation, and customer data capabilities, working closely with stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact in a flexible, predominantly remote contract.

The Role and Deliverables
- Configure, optimise, and maintain Tealium AudienceStream to support business requirements.
- Develop and enhance audience segmentation and customer data strategies.
- Deliver robust identity resolution and first-party data management solutions.
- Support data activation initiatives across marketing and digital channels.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to improve customer journey capabilities.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the organisation's broader customer data platform ecosystem.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Tealium AudienceStream.
- Proven capability delivering solutions within Customer Data Platform (CDP) environments.
- Experience with audience segmentation, identity resolution, and customer profile management.
- Strong understanding of first-party data strategies and data activation.
- Knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems and customer journey optimisation.
- Experience working with Tealium iQ, EventStream, or related Tealium products is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote contract environment and engage effectively with stakeholders.
