**Team Administrator – Risk Advisory Services

Group: Risk Advisory Services Location: London Contract: 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Purpose of the Role

To provide proactive, professional support to the Risk Advisory Services group, ensuring seamless delivery of services in line with the firm’s competitive demands.

This role embraces teamwork, collaborating cross-functionally (including with lawyers and operations) to address business needs collaboratively. As a Team Administrator, you’ll work with every team member to ensure cohesive operational success.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain and update filing systems (paper and digital) and ensure timeliness of documents.
  • Set up and oversee electronic filing systems, including archival/retrieval of files/deeds.
  • Print and file email correspondence as requested, maintaining paper copies.
  • Assist the team with overflow work to support efficient operations.

Meeting & Communication Coordination

  • Prepare and circulate agendas, itineraries, and materials for internal/external meetings.
  • Relay messages promptly to lawyers and clients (especially for out-of-office occurrences).
  • Attend/prepare for travel arrangements (domestic/international) with cost-effective oversight.
  • Provide Hospitality Booking support, liaising with reception for events.

Client & Stakeholder Liaison

  • Update client contact databases for lawyers’ reference.
  • Assist Legal PAs with brochures, seminars, and Marketing Group interactions.
  • Be the first point of contact for new enquiries—a key ambiance representative for the firm.
  • Handle phone enquiries professionally from internal/external callers.

Added Responsibilities

  • Support Business Development and Pension Administration initiatives.
  • Provide seamless travel logistics (including accommodation negotiations).
