Are you able to deliver professional, flexible and efficient administration support?
We are looking for an Administrator to join our friendly team within NHS Oxfordshire Talking Therapies on a full-time basis.
The service provides talking therapies for people across Oxfordshire experiencing anxiety and depression and has recently been awarded further funding to expand the service.
This is a pivotal role within the Service as our Administrators are the first point of contact for patients wishing to self-refer. This is a busy and rewarding role and you will be contributing to the overall patient experience of the service.
This is a full-time post 37.5 hours per week worked over a range of shifts of 08:00am-16:00pm, 09:0am-17:00pm and one late shift per week 12:00pm-20:00pm
You will act as the first point of contact for all patients wishing to refer themselves to the service via the telephone or online. You will take confidential and sensitive information while processing the information on the team’s electronic database. You will work closely with the Senior Administrators to ensure all referrals are processed efficiently, data entry is accurately gathered and recorded and the service has administrative support. You will also liaise with Health Care Professionals, external organisations and our local GP surgeries.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
