The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Administrator / Data Technician to join our Property Consultancy team in Manchester. This is a key support role, responsible for providing high-quality administrative and data management support to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
The successful candidate will possess a positive, can-do attitude, excellent organisational skills, and a strong eye for detail. They will play an integral role in maintaining the quality and integrity of stock condition survey data while supporting a range of administrative functions across the team.
This role would suit an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering accurate work, and is looking to build a long-term career within a growing and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the collection, preparation, administration, quality assurance, and maintenance of stock condition survey data.
- Maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and document management systems to ensure records remain accurate and up to date.
- Assisting with reporting activities and document control processes.
- Managing and responding to incoming queries received through the team inbox, ensuring responses are provided in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining data standards, file naming conventions, and audit trails in line with company procedures.
- Conducting data validation, accuracy checks, and cleansing activities to ensure data integrity.
- Supporting compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and data governance requirements.
- Providing general administrative support to the Property Consultancy team.
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of reports and documentation to meet internal and external deadlines.
- Working collaboratively with the Leadership Team and supporting additional activities as the function continues to grow and develop.

Skills And Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative, data management, or similar support role.
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record management.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.

Qualifications
Essential
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics.
Desirable
- Qualification in Business Administration, Data Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience working with property, asset management, or survey data.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
