Fixed Term for 5 months

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Business support team on a fixed term basis. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for providing high quality administrative support to the work of a team, so the team can deliver its statutory and legislative duties and requirements.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and confidence in handling sensitive information. Previous administrative experience within a social care or safeguarding environment is desirable, alongside strong IT skills and attention to detail. Above all, you will bring a professional, calm, and empathetic approach, contributing to a service that places the safety and wellbeing of children and families at its core.

We work on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 3 days per week based in the office.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
