Team Administrator

Intensive Psychological Therapies Service

A forward-thinking, dynamic group treatment service for people with complex trauma and long-standing interpersonal difficulties. Our therapies include:

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
  • Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT)
  • Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT)
  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Team Administrator (15 Hours Per Week, Including Friday) – Requisition Open

We are seeking an enthusiastic Team Administrator to join our team and play a key role within the Intensive Psychological Therapies Service (IPTS). This is a valued position within a busy, engaging environment where you’ll thrive on challenges—someone with good humour and a knack for multitasking.

Training will be provided.


Role Overview

This vital support role involves collaborating closely with the administration team and the clinical team to maintain seamless operations. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception support – Managing and triaging incoming calls
  • Administrative tasks – Preparing, organising, and distributing letters and emails
  • Psychometric testing – Accurate scoring of relevant diagnostic tools
  • Stationery and supply ordering – Ensuring all materials are well-stocked
  • Diary and time management – Balancing multiple demands with clarity and precision
  • Relationship management – Building trusted working relationships across departments
  • Exemplary communication – Ensuring clear, discreet, and tactful interaction with the team

  • Proven organisational skills – Ability to prioritise workloads effectively
  • Strong IT proficiency – Confidence in managing various administrative systems, software and tools
