Team Administrator, Securitisation
Location: London
Salary: £28,860
We are working with a leading law firm to recruit a Team Administrator to join their Securitisation team in London.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar role within a legal environment who wants to be part of a busy, well established practice. The Securitisation team works on property transactions for a broad range of clients, from registered providers of social housing and care homes to charities and private developers, acting on developments ranging from a handful of units to thousands.

What you will be doing:
- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support across the department, including filing and photocopying.
- Dealing with post completion registrations at the Land Registry and the FCA, and checking all post completion documentation thoroughly before sending it on.
- Assisting with marketing and business development documentation, organising and maintaining accurate hard copy and electronic files, and managing archiving.
- Managing your workload capacity and providing regular updates to the Team Administrative Coordinator and Line Manager.
What we are looking for:

- 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar role within a legal environment.
- High attention to detail and a consistently high standard of work.
- Advanced knowledge of Word, including auto numbering, bookmarks, and track changes, and the ability to coordinate large documents.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, the ability to prioritise, and a self-motivated approach.
Working arrangements: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home.
