Team Administrator & PA to Director of Operations & Estates

The Roundhouse is a youth charity and independent multi-arts venue based in Camden, London. We've spent the past 20 years shaping the UK’s cultural landscape as a home for world-class music, boundary-breaking theatre, circus, poetry and immersive installations. We're the UK’s leading creative centre for young people, engaging more than 10,000 young people annually through our creative youth programme.

We’re on a mission to raise the creative potential of the UK, so we give young people and artists the space to experiment, develop skills and be part of incredible moments that go down in history.

We are now looking for a Team Administrator & PA to join us on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week, for a six month fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator or team assistant with strong diary management skills and meticulous attention to detail to join our creative organisation.

The Role

As a Team Administrator & PA, you will provide day-to-day organisational and administrative support to our Venue Director and senior members of the Venue Team.

You will deliver a comprehensive administrative and PA support service to the Director of Operations and Estates, including diary, meeting, travel and email management, whilst organising internal, project and stakeholder meetings.

Working closely with senior colleagues, you will prepare reports, presentations and key documentation, co-ordinate departmental activities and act as a central point of contact for the Venue Team.

You will also work closely with the EA to the Chief Executive, providing support on cross-organisational priorities and covering key responsibilities during periods of absence.

Additionally, you will:

  • Assist with the annual Health & Safety audit and action planning
  • Meet and greet visitors and host venue visits and tours
  • Maintain office systems, filing systems, the on-call rota and operational contact lists
  • Screen phone calls, emails and enquiries for the Venue Team
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Support the onboarding of new members of the Venue Team

To be considered as a Team Administrator & PA, you will need:

  • Experience as an Administrator or Team Assistant with experience in general administration
  • Experience and understanding of diary management and prioritisation
  • Experience working with confidential and financial information
  • Proven experience of word processing, presentation, spreadsheet and other common office online tools
  • Experience using a customer service management database
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • An interest in and commitment to the arts and young people

Please note, weekend and evening work will be required according to business needs.

The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check or be willing to undertake one due to the nature of the role.

The closing date for this role is 22nd July 2026. Interviews will be held on 29th July 2026.
