Team Administrator
📍 Location: Chancery Lane, Central London
📄 Contract: Permanent, Full Time
💰 Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
Are you an experienced administrator looking for a varied role where you can make a real impact? Our client, a well-established professional services business, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Administrator to become a key member of their operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background who enjoys supporting a busy office, improving processes and taking ownership of a broad range of responsibilities.
The Role
Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you'll play an integral role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing high-quality administrative support across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior managers and wider business teams.
- Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and company events.
- Prepare, proofread and format reports, presentations, proposals and business documentation.
- Maintain company records, databases and internal systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Support onboarding for new employees and coordinate internal training schedules.
- Monitor annual leave, absence records and training compliance.
- Assist with supplier management, purchase orders, invoicing and general finance administration.
- Review and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency across the business.
- Support compliance activities, including maintaining documentation and assisting with internal audits.
- Act as a key point of contact for colleagues, suppliers and external stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to junior administrative staff where appropriate.

About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a busy and varied administrative or team support role.
- Experience working within a professional services, property, engineering, consultancy or similar corporate environment would be advantageous.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and confident approach.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Able to work independently while building strong working relationships across the business.
