Team Administrator

Location: West Hampstead, NW3 | Salary: £38,000–£45,000 + Bonus


About the Role

Are you an organised, proactive administrator looking to join a highly successful and growing property investment and development business?

We’re seeking a Team Administrator to become an integral part of a close-knit, collaborative team based in our beautiful West Hampstead offices. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a business that values its employees, encourages development, and offers long-term career progression.

You will support a busy Development Team, working closely with senior stakeholders and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department.


Responsibilities

  • Diary and calendar management for senior team members
  • Coordinating meetings, lunches, and business travel
  • Preparing agendas and taking minutes, distributing action points
  • Maintaining accurate records within the company’s CRM system
  • General document management and filing
  • Assisting with property records and compliance documentation
  • Supporting internal projects and wider office administration
  • Liaising with colleagues, external stakeholders, and suppliers
  • Managing incoming calls, deliveries, and couriers
  • Providing ad hoc administrative and personal assistant (PA) support to senior management

Requirements

  • Degree educated
  • Minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience (gained post-graduation)
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technology
  • Positive, professional, and enjoys collaborative teamwork
