About the Role

This is a fully office-based role with 1-day WFH after probation and occasional evening work. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, proactive Team Assistant to join our client based in Baker Street. They are a collaborative, community-focused organisation at the heart of the area. This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting the Executive team, ensuring the smooth running of the office, and playing a key part in member engagement and events.

What you’ll do

  • Provide diary and admin support to the CEO and Senior Management Team.
  • Arrange meetings, travel, venues, and prepare papers, presentations, and research.
  • Coordinate meetings, including minute-taking and action tracking.
  • Manage confidential HR records and updates to the Staff Handbook.
  • Maintain databases and mailing lists.
  • Be the go-to person for coordination, administration, and operational support.
  • Support finance including expenses, POs, reconciliations, and office budget tracking.
  • Oversee day-to-day office management, supplies, maintenance, H&S, and reception cover.
  • Manage shared inboxes and member support requests.
  • Organise team training, wellbeing activities, and social events.
  • Act as Fire Marshal, First Aider, and DSE Assessor (training provided).
  • Support member events, pop-ups, and community activities.
