Job Title: Team Assistant – Technical Training Team Location: Derby, UK Working Pattern: Part-time (3 days per week) Function: Learning & Development / Operations
Role Overview We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Team Assistant to support the Technical Training Team in delivering training programs and operational activities. The role involves coordinating training administration, learner support, workshop logistics, records management, and general team coordination.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate training schedules, learner records, attendance, and course documentation Support instructors with classroom and workshop preparation activities Manage training materials, onboarding support, and learner communications Handle ordering of PPE, stationery, workshop supplies, and training resources Support invoicing, financial tracking, and purchase order administration Maintain accurate databases, compliance records, and audit documentation Coordinate visitor access, security passes, and work experience placements Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders for smooth operations
Required Skills & Experience Previous experience in administration, coordination, or team support roles Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
