Team Assistant
TEAM ASSISTANT – GLOBAL INVESTMENT RESEARCH
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading global investment bank within its prestigious Global Investment Research division. Working alongside a highly successful Industrials team, you will provide first-class support to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment.
This role is ideal for an experienced Team Assistant who thrives under pressure, enjoys building strong professional relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support while contributing to the success of a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Team Assistant Role:
- Providing extensive diary management and administrative support for a team of 10, including 1 Managing Director
- Coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements
- Processing expenses accurately and within deadlines
- Supporting the organisation of marketing trips, roadshows, and field trips alongside Sales teams
- Providing logistical support for conferences, events, and corporate access initiatives
- Liaising regularly with senior clients and internal stakeholders across the business
- Maintaining and updating CRM systems, ensuring client interactions are accurately recorded
- Monitoring team Attendance, annual leave, and holiday schedules
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks as required

Essential Requirements
Team Assistant Essentials:
- Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders within a fast-paced corporate environment
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Expertise in diary management, travel coordination, and expense processing
- Ability to maintain ex hierarch ESPNal attention to detail and produce high-quality work
- Strong professional communication skills, with the confidence to interact with senior executives and external clients
- Ability to remain calm and composed while working under pressure
